playful prototypes
These are the short prototypes I created for my Playful Prototypes interactive design spring 2024 class at Parsons in Unreal Engine! Not only are these the first interactive prototypes I designed, but they represent my first adventures in Unreal Engine. Each prototype is based on an instructor-provided prompt. My largest build is featured below!

What if there was nothing to do but to destroy plastic water bottles?
the tangle
SYMBIOSIS is a transspecies permatopia I began worldbuilding in Designed Realities 1 at The New School. This prototype of THE TANGLE environment, the epicenter of SYMBIOSIS’ action, was my first project developed in Unity for my Immersive Narratives in AR/VR course at TNS.
This prototype is the precursor for an immersive 3D experience I am developing in Unreal Engine that will depict the opening scene from the pilot episode of SYMBIOSIS. The cylinder in the prototype is a placeholder representing the TREE-SHAPE FUNGUS, a theoretically and narratively significant actor in the SYMBIOSIS world which I am building in Blender. The FINAL RENDER is a representation of the approximate tone and shape the tree-shape fungus will embody. It was generated in Midjourney and Runway ML.
